Tonight, the people of Auckland and visitors to Tamaki Makaurau have the opportunity to experience some of opera's favourite songs in a free, outdoor performance. It's one of two twilight concerts - there's another next weekend - that are part of Auckland Council's Music in Parks. People are being encouraged to pack picnics, sit back and enjoy some exquisite classical music. Soprano Katherine Winitana will be on the stage tonight -and she joins Susana to tell her about the concert.

Orators Anonymous describes itself as a Maori Pasifika queer-coded podcast covering pop culture, indigenous knowledge and laidback chit-chat The podcast is a co-production between RNZ and Creative NZ. London based New Zealander Capacity Building Manager for the International Climate Councils Network's Tessa Vincent is a co-author of a new book 'Kiwis in Climate: Voices for Climate Solutions in Aotearoa New Zealand' calling on New Zealanders to step into climate action. The new book, set to be released in March brings together 30 voices showcasing solutions from electrifying Aotearoa to ecological farming to. Tessa Vincent speaks to Maggie Tweedie and Mark Williams about the need for political leadership, cross-party collaboration, and long-term thinking about climate change.

Auckland writer John Prins has been described as a bold new voice in New Zealand fiction - with the release of his debut novel Pastoral Care. The New Zealand Listener's voted it in their Top 100 books of 2025. It's a collection of nine stories, centred on daily life in 21st century Aotearoa New Zealand.
