The methods and techniques shared in this book have been used to help members of The Alternative Board (TAB) since 1990 when I started TAB. Since that time over 25,000 business owner members have benefitted from the TAB system, which is currently operating in over 20 countries. Based upon what we have experienced, it is undeni- able that business owners universally face the same kinds of challenges in their businesses and their lives.
