"Well Mune" is a supplement highlighted by Dr. Omar for its ability to enhance the immune system, helping to ward off diseases and viral infections. A contributor mentions elderberry, known for its high antioxidant content, which can aid in reducing inflammation, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure. According to Best, "The phytonutrients and fiber found in elderberry assist in decreasing the cholesterol present in your bloodstream by binding to it and facilitating its removal from the body." The discussion then shifts to ginseng, emphasizing its importance for improving human efficiency, particularly in enhancing focus and mental clarity in men. There are many variations of ginseng and it has different effects for men and women. Earl asks if one can take too many supplements, and Dr. Omar gives a nuanced response: it can be both yes and no. He emphasizes that the right balance is essential; when maintained, it won't harm you, but the wrong supplements can upset the immune system's balance.Earl shares insights into Dr. Omar's background prior to his career in pharmacy. He reveals that Dr. Omar was a short story writer who gained widespread recognition in Egypt for his published works. Additionally, he honed his skills in film-making and screenwriting. Approximately fifty thousand children are currently impacted by lead-related problems in our schools, with many more affected in the past and potentially until the situation is resolved. 3/24/2025
Reggie Jackson joins the show to share his thoughts on the "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE), claiming it doesn't actually exist and that only Congress has the power to authorize new government programs. He ties this belief back to the Constitution, noting that Trump shares similar doubts about its existence. During the discussion, a caller poses a question regarding Israeli influence over U.S. presidents and AIPAC, suggesting it played a role in Trump's election. Reggie responds by stating that he prioritizes his identity as an American and believes that AIPAC had no impact on Trump's presidency; it was ultimately the American people who made that decision.

Brittney Kinser “Education Matters” (Hour 1)
3/17/2025
Brittney Kinser participates on the Earl Ingram Show to discuss her candidacy for the position of state superintendent. As the founder of "95 Wisconsin," an initiative aimed at ensuring that 95% of children attain reading proficiency, she addressed the pressing reading crisis in Milwaukee. During the interview, Kinser emphasized the critical need to focus on children's education and enhance reading programs. She pointed out the negative consequences of discontinuing phonics instruction in schools, which has led to significant reading difficulties among students. Currently, only 70% of children are proficient in reading, a decline attributed to the removal of the phonics program, leaving 30% unable to read. In response to questions about the priorities of children compared to those of the teachers' union, Kinser indicated her intention to emulate the approach of County Executive David Crowley and others. She also showcased her support alongside Brad Schimmel and reaffirmed her dedication to working collaboratively with the teachers' union, parents, and children. Ms Kinser stated that her counter part Underlee lowered the standards for kids to appear smarter when in actuality its hurting the children because they aren't getting the resources to learn correctly.
