He currently hosts afternoons on 98KUPD, fully aware of how all of this sounds, and mostly fine with that. When he’s not on the air, he’s spiraling out to Tool-era Maynard James Keenan, exercising via DDPYoga, and trying to eat intentionally–because he eventually realized he can’t have Lucky Charms for dinner anymore. He ferments his own yogurt and drinks kombucha despite ongoing ridicule from The Morning Sickness. He prefers a life that’s practical, a little unconventional, and not especially interested in impressing anyone.
