I have to cook a turkey for Christmas. I thought I would get the biggest one I could find. 26.5 pounds plus however much liquid I could inject into it. I am looking at 18 hours. I gave me plenty of time because I know I'm going to fall asleep and will need to get back up to temp. Nothing like messing up Christmas dinner..... HERE WE GO.

I hopped on my Harley Davidson Pan America and headed South. For those of you that have never had the chance to ride in Northwest Arkansas, you should. I took off and went to White Rock. This park is in the Ozark National Park. I am not going to lie, in a car, truck or bike it takes a while to get there. Plan on being on gravel for quite some time.
