Some people suffer. from depression because of life trauma, stress, abuse, loss of a job, and lofe in genral, but what about those that don''t have these things going on in their life. Starting Monday, Dec. 1st walk at least 3.75 miles a day and by December 24th you will have walked the 90 miles that Mary and Joseph traveled from Nazareth to Bethlehem. Now granted they walked from dawn to dusk and got there sooner. If you walk more than this on a daily basis simply add an additional 3.75 miles to your walk. Use your smart watch, an inexpensive pedometer, or simply keep track by writing down your daily miles.
