Heading in to the festive season can make us all a little thoughtful, perhaps we just need to get out of our heads and rest? And just enjoy the festivities?! I’m currently experiencing mental and creative block which can feel overwhelming and can create more stress as a business owner and mother, however I am determined to learn how to manage this and be at peace with it.
