Description:
We are a project of Ock Pop Tok, a social enterprise collaborating with Lao artisans to produce beautiful, handmade textiles and artisan products. Our weaving studio sits on the banks of the Mekong River in UNESCO World Heritage Luang Prabang. We also collaborate with village-based artisans in 13 villages across 11 provinces in Laos. Lao textiles are rich in technique and storytelling. Take a look at our online shop, and when you are on the road, come visit us, take a natural dye class and experience the artisan community living at our Mekong Villa, a textile-inspired villa on the banks of the Mekong.
