There are only a few people who can say that they are anointed in the arts with more than one gifting, and today we will meet one of my former students Krystel Doudera who is an amazing Visual Artist and Dance Minister. Krystel's experience will move you to at minimum just try to do something for God…get out of your comfort zone to experience what He might have for you, teach you that you have more to offer than what you think you have to give back as an offering to Him. Effectively Applying Artistic Layers/Layering Several years back, I created this term for the purposes of providing a definition or description within my Creatives Workshop to assist the Worship Arts Leader, Youth Pastor, or Children/Youth Church Directors in creating meaningful worship centered projects, events, and/or productions to enhance and infused the Arts into the Worship Experience. Artistic Layers/Layering defined is: "The layering of one main platform of a genre of Art that is shared in sync with other platforms to create a different experience during the Worship Service." Utilizing this technique, requires a bit of home work just a any Art Project whether its Choreography, Visual Arts, or as simple as preparing the list of songs for Praise and Worship. Artistic Layering enables you to create a focused message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a language where they can hear His voice and desire to know Him better.
