As Nance tries to come to grips with Ron's betrayal of her trust, she fights back by flirting with a gay man in front of him. Meanwhile, a new crisis emerges with Lana that brings out the worst of the already strained relationship between Nance and Miguel.

Nance gets into an accident. After arranging a tow and an Uber, she learns that her office manager, Jen, has arranged an appointment for her with Netflix. Then she has a heart-to-heart with her bestie, who tells her that she relies too heavily on flirting in order to get what she wants in life.
