Twenty-five percent of pregnancies end in miscarriage. One woman out of four, in short. So it is not an isolated case, but millions of women who are faced with what remains one of the biggest taboos to this day. This same taboo is placed within a broader category that is the unapproachable topics related to the female world. This book aims to be an exploration of femininity in the round through the experience of involuntary termination of pregnancy. In the different chapters we will go along more or less beaten paths to understand what it means to be a woman in 2020. Being a woman is not a universal experience, but there are recurring themes on which it is correct to question ourselves in order to interface with the world around us.
