The team also secretly video-captured his marriage proposal at one of their favorite places, Cannon Beach. Sweet, fun, efficient, and hardworking, Sam has been in the residential industry since 2012. She graduated from Colorado State University with degrees in both apparel and interior design and with an offer already in hand for a position as a professional interior designer at a design/build firm. Between her love for working with homeowners and three years’ worth of prodding from her Realtor® husband, she eventually became licensed as a real estate agent herself. Clients find that Sam’s eye for design can help them to see what is possible within a space while her attention to detail ensures no deadlines on the transaction are missed. “My clients find ease and fun with our process. During a 14-month deployment to Iraq in 2008/2009, Stuart had the opportunity to do a deep-dive study into real estate investing and learned about the power of passive income. Through endless learning, lots of determination, and continuous action, he and his family have become financially free. From house-hacking (before the term was coined), wholesaling, and flipping houses, to investing in real estate mortgage notes, private lending, commercial property syndications, and buying cash-flowing rental properties, he and his family have reached financial independence. Stuart and his family now own a portfolio of over $600,000 in performing mortgage notes, a personal portfolio of 22 single-family rental properties, a commercial office building, an RV park, a mixed-use commercial building (2 retail and 10 apartments), and is a General Partner in 2 mobile home park syndications. He has also been a Limited Partner investor in multiple multi-family syndications. Additionally, Stuart owns and manages a $5M hard-money lending fund, and is co-founder of a turnkey real estate company where they are providing rehabbed, cash-flowing rental properties to their network of investors. He left the military service in 2015 and started his civilian career working on the Strategic Partnership team with Vail Resorts. After working and learning about corporate marketing, partnership contracts, and client relations for a ski season, Tim was ready to find a career that re-aligned with his core value of service to others and giving back to the community around him. Surprisingly, he found that residential lending offered him just that. A natural teacher and facilitator, Corinna is happiest when helping others. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and was an elementary teacher for about 20 years. Perhaps that explains her unusual amount of patience! She loves helping her buyers find the perfect home and will search for and show as many as it takes to get there. When it comes to sellers, she is a go-the-extra-mile kind of gal. Whatever is needed, Corinna doesn’t hesitate to dive in and help. She has been known to mop floors, clean out storage units and even maneuver through a dirt crawl space to check out a hot water heater! While initially, she may seem reserved, as you get to know her, you’ll see her outgoing nature, as well as her creativity and kindness. She would tell you that being kind is one of the best things you can be! Inspired by honest and hardworking people who tend to see the bright side of most situations, Corinna wants to create a positive experience and help as many people as possible achieve their goals of homeownership. A self-described homebody, Corinna appreciates more than most the importance of feeling comfortable and secure at home. She wants every client she works with to feel the same and to be educated and confident in their real estate decisions. When she’s not rolling up her sleeves to create a world-class experience for her clients, you will likely find Corinna at one of her kids’ sporting events including soccer, volleyball, track, and basketball. Her household also enthusiastically supports all Colorado sports teams! When time allows, she loves hiking with her family, watching movies, playing games, walking the dog, or getting lost in some good historical fiction. Her creative outlets include organizing events, painting, interior design, baking, and cooking. She hopes to travel to all seven continents in her lifetime. She’s well on her way, having visited four: North and South America, Europe, and Australia.
