On April 1st, 2007, Tom led Duluth Pack from a local and regional retail store to a growing and thriving worldwide shopped and recognized website, retailer, and wholesale manufacturer. Tom speaks about his demanding responsibilities, the successes and frustrations in running a business, the hurdles in operating an American company, and the lessons and achievements he is most proud of. In 2017, Tom bought another heritage American manufacturer, Spring Creek Manufacturing, and preached the importance of supporting American-made companies and hiring hardworking Americans.
