This book grabbed my attention because of the extraordinary link I found between the body of work I use in my coaching and training (the PPP model developed by my sister,) and 3 types of individuals Gabor Maté describes in his research. He makes a correlation between people's personalities and behaviours, and how they're related to specific illness types. Those 3 categories correspond very closely to the 3 archetypes of Predator, Prey, Partner. Gabor says: Boundary issues are at the heart of disease. Listen in to find out how your stress levels could be playing a part in your health!
