Brad Roth, of Pinnacle Estate Properties and All Things Real Estate Podcast, joins me to recap how the 2020 Real Estate market. What has changed with how business is conducted and how has our personal business changed. We then discuss what our thoughts are on the 2021 market and what could happen.

I am joined by my Sellers, Arun and Cara, to discuss what it is like to sell a home during the COVID-19 pandemic. We go over how we had to prepare the house, keep it safe and sanitized during and after showings, and their opinions on if they recommend selling a home right now.

On this episode, I am joined by my client, and recent homeowner, Sammi. She has a unique situation of seeing homes before a global pandemic, but then closing escrow in the middle of one. We talk about what the entire experience was like for her, how the rules of seeing homes changed, and would she recommend other purchasing a home in these conditions.

Today I discuss how the Real Estate market is dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. States and Counties each have their own ordinances, so I discuss what my local County and California has done to allow the Real Estate world to move forward. I also discuss the lending industry and how getting a loan today is much stricter and tougher than ever before.

In order to make use of our time in quarantine, I thought it would be fun to discuss what it is like to date a Real Estate Agent. To help me with that, I am joined by my fiancé, Sasha. We talk about her initial thoughts of what it would be like dating someone who sells Real Estate for a living, have I lived up to her expectations, her biggest pet peeve that I do, and finally her favorite perk with being in a relationship with a Realtor.

I am joined today by Emilio Mora, manager of the Simi Valley Pinnacle Estate Properties office. Our topic of discussion is about the coronavirus and how it is affecting the Real Estate world. We talk about the stock market and the impact it is having in the Real Estate market, the interest rates and how refinancing is being slowed, and tips on seeing and showing homes.

Jennifer Ouvrier and Cecilia Cano, of Ridgegate Escrow, join me as we discuss the complex escrow process. Although an escrow officer and their assistants may not always meet clients, their behind the scene work is what ensures a transaction closes. We talk about how escrow gets opened, what escrow does for sellers and buyers, and how they close out a transaction. A lot of great information!

I am joined by Pinnacle Estate Properties Co-Owner and top producer, Danny Ross. We discuss what the 2019 Real Estate market was like and compared it to 2018. Danny, and his 33 years of experience, gave his outlook on what 2020 will look like and what can the 2020 election do to the Real Estate Market.

I am joined by Alex Gandel as we discuss the benefits have having an Open House if you are a seller. Alex and I also talk about why Buyer's enjoy going to open houses, and hear one of Alex's favorite open house stories!

I am joined by Megan Sullivan of Consumer's Title. Although most of the work is done behind the scenes, we discuss how important Title companies are in a transaction. A few more topics of conversation include Preliminary Title Reports, Owners Title Insurance, and Statement of Information.

We discuss the importance of doing a home remodel with a licensed professional contractor, why it is not wise to take on projects yourself especially if there is little to no experience, what is "in" when it comes to home remodels right now, and finally, Bryan gives great ideas for remodeling with a little budget.

Today we discuss the differences between Real Estate transactions conducted in California and Utah, for sale by owners, and what John's predictions are for the market this upcoming year! Real Estate "Bradcast" is a podcast designed for Real Estate consumers. I want to share my knowledge and ideas with those looking to get into the market, as well as current Realtors. In this episode, I discuss the reason, purpose, and future ideas for the podcast. You will get to know me and what I do and why I started Real Estate. We will briefly dive into my local Real Estate and I will give my opinion on the market and where it could be heading in the near future.
