The Influencers Journey

In this episode we discuss the parallels between the movie Peter Pan and the importance of keeping imagination a big part of raising kids. When it comes to creating a show or even a course for that matter your first step is to figure out what you want to use for the knowledge base that you build a show or course out from. There are three different ways you can do that. The first one is with your own knowledge where you sit down and you talk to your audience. Whether it's in a show format, or in a course. You share your knowledge with your audience. The second one is where you find experts around the area that you want to teach on, and you interview them. My recommendation is to find experts around the area that you want to teach in that you have some knowledge or experience with, and pick at least three different people to interview. Now you can combine the interview and the knowledge you get from the interview with your own knowledge to build out teaching points or lessons for your course or show. The third one is where you are more of a reporter, where you find people that are experts in the area you want to teach on and you interview them.

I'm going to talk about how do you keep people into your group. Went to have you show and you have it house either in a podcast or a house on your website or if you're within the beeKonnected family, house and your group channel how do you get people to now they go there and watch your live shows but also to watch the replays. When can you social media, or e-mail to let people know about the upcoming show. But there are also many other ways to market or get your show out there. And in today's episode that is exactly what I will be covering.

In this episode, I’m going to share a 2 of a four-part framework on how to overcome imposter syndrome. They are the following: 1. What your mind can believe, through proper conditioning, you can achieve. 2. Be coachable and trust your mentors or guides! Do find yourself ever questioning if you know enough? Do you find yourself thinking ‘I do not deserve the rewards and financial benefits which give credence to someone with expert status? Greatness comes from the absence of fear or doubt. First your mind must see and believe your desired target is easily attainable. I would argue that being an expert is about having the proper mindset wired for favorable outcomes. Many say, “Fake it until you make it.” I have found this encourages imposter syndrome. I would rather contend that it should be, “Faith it until you become it.” It first comes from the belief that it's possible, even if you haven’t done it yet. A coffee bean, you put it into the water and it changes the color of the water, it changes the flavor of the water, turns it into a core some magic juice to give them more energy, but never stops being a bean. It continues to evolve and be better than what it was before hit the water yet. It's still it's original at the core of being. Yeah, and that that dovetails neatly into how you are as a leader.
