What he says is don't turn it into a ritual or some kind of addictive pursuit, so bring the practice and wisdom into your daily life. Otherwise he does recommend doing one 10 day retreat every year (if you maintain daily practice and implement the wisdom in daily life)” — Aashish Gupta. Agree with the statement above, I did not inform correctly on Goenka’s viewpoint on students doing multiple retreats. — Ravi.
