Lawrence Weekly is the first African American to chair the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors’ Authority. He also sits as chairman of the Board of Trustees for University Medical Center Southern Nevada, the Clark County Liquor & Gaming Licensing Board and the Local Law Enforcement Advisory Board that awards nearly $1 million to valley-wide programs dedicated to improving the quality of life for families in Clark County. He is a native Nevadan and graduate of Western High School. He attended Grambling State University where he earned a bachelor’s in Communication. He is the Chief Diversity Officer and Chief of Staff at College of Southern Nevada, was the Former Clark County Commissioner, Former City Councilman, and is currently pursing a Doctoral Degree in Public Policy at UNLV.

I.P., who is of Spanish and African-American decent, has been rapping since he was a teenager. For the past few years, he has been “in the lab” developing a new sound in Las Vegas. With success under his belt, I.P. has traveled the US performing on a 29 state tour with formally Interscope/Dynasty Record’s, and worked with notables in the rap game such as Lil Flip, X1 (brother of famous rapper Sticky Fingers), Grammy Nominated producers The Audibles, Super Producer Pyro, R&B sensation JR Castro and many more. Today we’re diving deep into the world of real estate, and there’s nobody else we would love to talk about the field other than, the Queen of Detroit Real Estate, Ashley Hamilton. Ashley is a Real Estate Investor who also is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, a Certified Hard Money Lender/Broker, Owns a Property Management Company, as well as a Project Management Company. In 2019 She started a Consulting Company that helps investors get started investing in Real Estate and gain access to Business and working capital. She started her investing career as a single mom, supporting her kids day by day as a waitress. In 2009 at age 23 she purchased her First home using her tax refund and made a plan to purchase 1 home every year using the rental income from the properties and her tax return until she acquired 10 homes, and to be a millionaire by age 30. Today Ashley has become a self-made millionaire, building a real estate investment empire in Detroit. Now she owns over 30 properties with a portfolio worth over $2 million dollars. Apart from her Real Estate investments, she has rehabbed over 100 properties as a project manager, has coached over 400 real estate investors, through her masterclasses, she has directly helped 30 students receive over $1 million dollars in business funding to grow their own businesses in the first 11 months of starting her company. Her outlook on Business is doing the right thing, even when nobody's watching, and values relationships over Money, and only participates in situations where everybody wins.

Keith Langford, AKA Freeze, is an American professional basketball player who last played for AEK Athens of the Greek Basket League and the Basketball Champions League. Standing at 6' 4 (1.93 m), he primarily plays at the shooting guard position. He played college basketball at the University of Kansas. Langford was an All-EuroLeague First Team selection in 2014 and won the Alphonso Ford EuroLeague Top Scorer Trophy twice. His experience playing overseas has inspired him to work on the International Basketball Transition program which facilitates a lot of the issues that basketball players may face when playing overseas. There’s a lot of sh!t that they don’t tell you about that, and Keith is spearheading the effort to tell you all about it.

We are honored to have John Salley as our special guest for the eighth episode of the Full Time CEO Podcast. A proud native of Brooklyn, New York, John fell in love with basketball at an early age. He accepted a full basketball scholarship to Georgia Tech to play for legendary head coach Bobby Cremins. As the #11 selection in the 1986 NBA Draft, John played 15 years in the NBA and was the first player to win four championships with three different teams. During the 1980’s, Salley was a member of the iconic Detroit Piston “Bad Boys” squad and afterwards joined Michael Jordan as part of the historic Bulls 1996 championship team. John has adopted a plant-based (raw vegan) lifestyle and is a frequent speaker at VegFest’s across the USA. As a Wellness Advocate, one of John’s main missions in life is to educate adults and children on the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle through better eating habits, exercise and natural health products.

Retired NBA Star and Entrepreneur, Cuttino Mobley, is our special guest for the 7th episode of the Full Time CEO Podcast. After a long career in the NBA, he has partnered with other executives to bring various business visions to fruition. The Cannabis industry is the central focus for one of those visions. Mr. Mobley started the project in 2009 by funding a proposed medical dispensary in the state of his former college alma mater, the University of Rhode Island, with the goal of helping people dealing with various medical conditions. This resulted in a successful and growing cannabis business in other states following the legalizing of marijuana. As an entrepreneur and philanthropist, Mr. Mobley continues to drive forward by providing support to non-profit organizations while pursuing multiple interests in the PPE industry, broadcasting, commodities, and, of course, basketball.
