REIT Ball creates a fun platform to explore our interests while providing insightful real estate market and investment ideas in a unique and entertaining way. Think of a world where Fantasy League had a baby with Wall Street. REIT Ball caters to the broader audience (“Main Street”) interested in real estate but may assume it is too expensive and out of reach for them. We will do a deep exploration of REITs, also know as, Real Estate Investment Trusts, arguably one of the most powerful (but less popular) real estate investment options available for everyone. What makes us worth listening to? Our love for sports and obsession with trying to make investment education less dreadful for the masses. Additionally, we have over a decade of investing in public and private markets and management of affluent client assets, personal investment successes, and failures, as well as, some other boring credentials. What Is REIT BALL? What Are REITs? Who Is REIT BALL Designed For?

REITs are Real Estate Investment Trusts, designed in 1960 giving small investors a chance to own shares of commercial real estate. They are a basket of real estate properties, which can be bought and sold on the stock market like more traditional stocks. Decades after the creation of REITs, people with limited funds, who could benefit most from REITs still are unfamiliar with REITs and how they work. REIT BALL was designed to change that. Our mission is to reach millions of new and aspiring real estate investors with limited funds and share real estate and REIT lessons through an entertaining platform. We draft portfolios, similar to fantasy league, assign individual REITs to professional athletes, and each week discuss the REIT and real estate market, as well as, sport current events. So, if you're newer to real estate, or "balling" on a budget, we would love to have you become a REIT Baller and hopefully empower you to one day soon own a commercial real estate portfolio through publicly-traded REITs.
