In this podcast I talk about anger and fear outlining real work situations. Names have been changed for privacy reasons. Five case scenarios set in various industries. Workplaces are full of situations that trigger anger and frustration. Sometimes situations are scary and generate great fear. One could depict the environment in these situations as ‘walking on eggshells’. As an angry person, I hope that you can stop and think about the impact your anger has on others. It might not be a problem for you, but it can be an issue that others find it difficult to deal with. As a receiver of anger, ensure you receive help to process the impact of anger.
