The Skeleton Rider

No one knew where he came from. Some swore he was a dead gunslinger returned from the grave. Others claimed he was a warning sent to punish the wicked. Under the cold glow of the desert moon, a lone rider with a skull-like face and a black cape appears wherever fear and lawlessness reign. When ruthless outlaw Silas Blackwell and his gang seize control of the frontier town of Dry Creek, honest folks lose hope. The sheriff is dead, the townspeople are terrified, and no one dares stand against the killers. Then the Skeleton Rider arrives. Armed with deadly skill, a mysterious past, and a relentless sense of justice, he wages a one-man war against the outlaws. But as the bodies fall and secrets emerge, the truth behind the ghostly rider may prove more shocking than any legend. Fast-paced, suspenseful, and filled with classic Western action, The Skeleton Rider is a thrilling tale of vengeance, courage, and frontier justice from bestselling Western author Sidney Stone.
