Searching For Amy

This audiobook is narrated by a digital voice. Who can you trust, when anyone could be a killer? Moon Gate. A quiet Lakeland village torn apart by suspicion, lives suspended while distressed families wait for answers. Four young women have vanished without trace. Amy, who walked along a quiet lane to visit her lover and was never seen again. Sarah who went out jogging after work, but never returned home. Lissa, last seen at Moon Gate Hotel. Tasha, who checked out of the hotel then vanished. Where are they hidden? What happened to them? Is there a serial killer hiding in plain sight? Three young men, once friends, now suspects, all of them shunned. Frank, the lover of missing girl Amy, reclusive and isolated. Luke, Amy's brother, spiralling into depression as his world falls apart. Jim, the hotel gardener, trapped in his job by a woman he resents. Then there is Morgan, the strange old farmer, who lives like a hermit with his two huge wolfhounds. Is he the killer? Fiona, who looks uncannily like Amy, comes to Moon Gate to live with her aunt Margaret and cousin Jordi who manage the hotel, hoping to trace her dead father, stirring old grudges but taking no sides, building bridges between feuding families, wanting to find the missing girls. She finds herself becoming an unpaid slave at the hotel, while concealing from her aunt her growing friendship with her grandfather Morgan, her dead father’s family, and the three young men. Will Fiona be the killer’s next victim? As the summer fades into autumn, and the deception becomes oppressive, she becomes more and more fearful. Who can she trust? And how can she love a man who could be the murderer? If you love a murder mystery with a generous helping of romance, this book is for you. Duration - 11h 11m. Author - Lainie Jane Gray.
