The Resonance Awakening

MARS WASN'T A DEAD WORLD. IT WAS A DOORWAY. July 20, 2039. Seventy years to the day after humanity first walked on the Moon, Commander Corbin "Ben" Dallas and his Vanguard team were supposed to make history as our first pioneers on Mars. Instead, they trigger an ancient artifact that violently catapults them into the unknown. Lost in the ruins of an alien transit network, the human operators find themselves in the crosshairs of an apocalyptic interstellar war. Stripped of their support and outgunned by an unfathomable enemy, the team must rely on their tactical training and whatever they can scavenge to stay alive. With the silence of the cosmos finally broken, Vanguard One has one objective: hold the line and find a way home. But the further they travel into the dark, the more they realize that opening the door may have been a fatal mistake. Duration - 9h 4m. Author - B.R. Spencer. Narrator - Eric G. Dove.
