By 2018, it has grown to four locations – Dixon, Sacramento, Lodi and Stockton – ASAP Fitness is a CrossFit affiliate, and is led by trainers with over 15 years of experience who all share the common goal of helping each individual reach their fullest potential. ASAP offers CrossFit, Crunch Cardio, Olympic Weightlifting, and is home to our 6 Week Challenge program.
