As a Culinary Institute of America alumni, he has worked in professional kitchens across Asia and Europe for over 20 years. His Food & Wine studies span the New World, the Old World, and deep exploration into the iconic gastronomic regions of Eurasia. Occasionally, he invites special guest chefs, sommeliers, wine executives, and hospitality professionals to the show.
