For our final episode in this series, our dear learner Zhila drops in on Zos and Yen, the dynamic duo behind Yes Lah, a Malaysian and Filipino cafe in West Didsbury. After exploring their menu bursting with colours and flavour, Zhila wants to know all about Yes Lahs past, present and future, and how these ladies have managed to stay true to their original mission to build their dream cafe.

In this episode long term Heart & Parcel learner Alaa follows her nose down to Stockport Market to visit the purveyors of fine baked goods, Klaudyna and Adrian of Sticky Fingers. A small Polish cafe starting with a bit of luck and some inspiring words, Klaudyna tells Alaa how Sticky Fingers has quickly grown into a much loved favourite in the heart of Stockport. Alaa finds out why the local support is so important to their success, and their big plans for the future.
