This month the Youth Forum is discussing Employment, with special guess Carla from the RSBC Employment team. What is it like finding work as a visually impaired person? Learn about the good, and the bad by listening. At RSBC we offer a bespoke employment program , helping young visually impaired professionals obtain the skills to find jobs. We have worked with Google, Meta, TFL, and other organizations to find out what employers are looking for.
