20. Treating Endometriosis From the Inside Out with Alyssa Chaves

2/20/2024
This one is for my endo warriors! Endometriosis can be an overwhelming diagnosis to get, but for many women it’s a journey to even get a diagnosis in the first place! Since one of the main symptoms is pain in the uterine/pelvic region (especially during your period) women with endo are often dismissed as just having run-of-the-mill cramps and told it’s normal. But endometriosis is actually a serious condition where endometrial tissue grows outside of the uterus and comes with a number of challenging symptoms and health risks. My guest, Alyssa Chavez sheds light on how to help women with endometriosis thrive, heal from the inside out, and use diet and lifestyle modifications to manage their endo symptoms. Alyssa is an endo warrior turned Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She helps women through her Thrive With Endo 1:1 coaching program to get to the root cause of their endo symptoms like bloating, pain, fatigue, and infertility by healing from the inside out. Alyssa is so passionate about helping women to be able to live their life to its fullest and truly be able to live the life of their dreams.
