Ask yourself: Can you admire yourself? Can you think you're awesome? Can you think what you've created and done so far is worthy of being watched and praised and admired? And then can you hold the vibration of being watched and praised and admired? The idea that we’re worthy of being admired can be scary. But in the same way that we need to practice holding love to receive love, we need to practice holding the feeling of being admired to let in the admiration and support we deserve. 2. Manifesting your impact. If you believe you can have the level of influence, impact, and presence that you desire, and if you can get yourself to not buy into all the things you're afraid could happen if you were to have more fame. If you can minimize that and see that differently and know you're bigger and more powerful than that, and those don't have to be ultimate truths and ultimate realities for you, then you can take your divinely led inspired guidance action steps toward what you want. 3. Disregarding the f*ed up lens through which some people will view you. If we’re not careful, we can let the moments of negativity overwhelm us. Know this: People will see you through whatever lens they see life. People view life the way they view it, and they project it onto you, and they make up sh*t about you, and it's not always fun. But it is worth it to build a community that — the vast majority of the time — feels safe and loving and supportive. Keep your heart soft, keep your skin thick and do what you believe you're called and meant to do no matter what people say. Hallelujah? AMEN! Okay, my loves! Don’t be afraid of shining and showing the real you. The humans need the real you. They need what you have to give, they need what you have to say, and you’re simply doing them a disservice if you’re holding back. Remember: It is safe to tell the truth. It is safe to share your heart. It is safe to be seen. Ask yourself: If you couldn't fuck it up, if no one would be mad at you, if you get no yucky comments, then what would you say? What would you allow to come through? 2. Nothing is blocking you from your desires. What if there was nothing standing in between you and what you desire? What if there was no shadow belief holding you back? What if there was nothing keeping you from believing you were enough? If the blocks and the limiting beliefs were removed, what would you do now? How would you feel now? Sometimes it feels like there’s something that is bigger than us standing in the way when there really isn’t. Remember: You are more powerful than anything you feel is in between you and whatever it is you desire. 3. Don’t take on energy that isn’t yours. When you feel negative energy around you, remember: You can be around the drama and the negativity and not take it in. For me, it’s a practice of saying, that’s not mine, I give back to you what is yours, and I take what is mine. You can have empathy and understand where someone is coming from, but you have to take care of you. Don’t make their funky energy yours. 4. Believe in your work. It is your job, above everything, to believe in what you do. To know fully inside yourself that it is the best thing in the world. No one else can believe it until you do. To get there, I ask myself things like: What does someone get when they enroll in this offer?What will they experience? What will they learn? How will they grow? We are so so excited for this brand new episode of And She Rises — TF Up — the podcast. If you’ve been following along with the podcast or on the social medias recently, you may know that Amanda recently took some time off. Yes, it’s true. And it’s very unlike her. lol She took two weeks off and as she tells us in this episode, it was fantastic. (It wasn’t that she ended up not working at all it’s the the space she gave herself allowed herself to approach her days and work… differently.) Today, we are over-the-moon to share with you the key things that were learned, miracles that were had, the shifts that took place and so much more. So, without further ado… The 3 Major Miracles from Taking 2 Weeks Off: 1. Space is available… all the time. You can approach life from a place of restriction, of rules and of have-to’s, you can’t find or feel the space. When you approach life from a place of spaciousness — finding space, making space, slowing down — you might find that there was more room than you thought all along. If you find yourself crunched up, boxed in and stagnated from trying to move fast and get it all done, you are going to love this point. 2. It is safe to let things… wait. Ask yourself: What if you let things… wait? What if you ditched the plan? What if you let go of the list, what needs to be checked off, and what isn’t done? Will anyone die if you… do it later? Or if you check in with yourself to see what you truly need before you move to the next thing? What if everything can wait, just for a moment? When you let things wait, you give yourself space. And it that space you may finally have room to notice how to do something better, more differently, more creatively and more joyfully. 3. Enjoying our lives is... the whole point. None of us worked this hard to get to where we are to fall victim to of our busy lives, businesses, careers or families. When we’re focused on doing the most with our time (especially as an entrepreneur or career-minded person), we can forget to enjoy what we’re doing. Think about it: Are you enjoying your day-to-day? Are you loving the experience of being you? Are you delighting in all you’ve worked for, called in and manifested? You are meant to be happy. You get to be happy. It is safe to be happy. Amen? Amen! The nonsense we heard about money gets stuck inside of us — as stories — but we can change these stories. Growing up, we sensed things in our household about who we are in relation to money and we heard things about money and people with money — and we accidentally believed it. We developed idea around money, that did not have to be true for us and are certainly not the *ultimate* truth for who we can be and what we can have. It’s time to remove stories that say it’s never enough, it’s hard to pay bills, that money is stressful, etc. It’s time to work through these limiting beliefs and see things differently. It’s time to form new thought processes and change our minds about money. 2. How to manifest + call it in, quickly. When I want to manifest something, I want to manifest it mother f*ing quickly. I ask God to do the parts I cannot do, but I am willing to be guided. I am willing to show up and do my part. When you’re willing to be guided, and you know you can have it, your next step becomes clear. I have friends who are great manifestors who prefer to let it come when it comes, but I don’t have time for that. I’m doing it now, and I’m going to do my part to move it forward. Here is what that looks like for me… 3. God wants good for you. God, Universe, Creator loves you. Is obsessed with you. And made you perfectly. As the Bible says, “You are fearfully and wonderfully made” with every hair on your head numbered and accounted for. That is the detail by which God knows you. There is nothing written in the cosmos that says you can not have all you want. Your needs are meant to be met. You are good enough. You are worthy. Anything that tells you anything different is a lie, and it’s only true if you believe it is, and to the degree you fall for it. 4. When it looks like it didn’t work. When it looks like your manifestation isn’t working, you do the steps again. You shift back into being a vibrational match for the thing you want. This is real, deep work. We’re forming new neuropathways in your brain. We are changing the way you think… forever. Until we do this over and over consistently, we will often go back to our old defaults. But here’s the thing: You get to incrementally increase what you believe, what you have, and what you believe you’re worthy of all the time. This is up to you, and I promise you, it gets easier as you go. Okay, my loves! I cannot wait to see you in DTMS. IT’S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR! No, not Christmas — the other most wonderful time: MONEY MENTALITY MAKEOVER SEASON! MMM is… such a… vibe, experience, revolution, transformation, and powerful f*ing course. And I am so in-awe and inspired by the alumni who I’ve spoken to this week — who have sent me DMs + left comments + recorded videos about what this course created for them and what they created through the course. It is truly such mother f*ing honor to do this work and facilitate this experience for people. So, obviously, today Team AF has pulled four riffs from MMM. Let’s dig in: 1. MANIFEST IN YOUR SLEEP. Okay, who doesn’t want to manifest in their sleep? Here is what I do when I am wanting my subconscious mind + all that is divine to move sh*t along while I am sleeping. This is so good. Will you do this tonight? Exercise: Write down what you want to step into, what you want to be worked out, what you want to embody, and how you want to live and be, what you want to understand more deeply. Ask for it to come through as you sleep. :) Simple, right? I can’t wait to hear how this goes for you. 2. THE POWER OF YOUR DOMINANT VIBRATION. This is why you don’t have to worry about being “low vibe” — No one feels like they are rolling in barrels of money 100% of the time — we all experience a variety of emotions and we should (we are human), but I find that as I do this work my dominate vibrations improve over time. These are the ways I feel without trying and the feelings I go back to in between all of the highs and lows of life. Want to practice shifting your dominate vibration? A few times a day intentionally shift to feeling better. Perhaps you get out your journal, write positive affirmations around money, say positive things to yourself around money. Just feel good in relation to money. Know these moments will add up over time. Remember: The more you feel good, the better. 3. RECOGNIZE THE SOLUTION. Ask for guidance and know what solutions and answers look and feel like for you. For me, it’s an exhale — an “oh sh*t I love that idea” — an “why don’t we do it that way?” — for me, it clicks. And then my job is to act on this info and move forward. We are all being guided all of the time. Can we trust the guidance? Can we trust ourselves? 4. YOU AREN’T BAD WITH MONEY! I love this exercise because it flips your fears on their head as you add up the evidence of what is actually more true for you and can continue to become truer and truer. You aren’t bad with money, maybe you have less experience handling it in ways that feel good as you’d like to have — but you aren’t bad, you are in practice and you are good. Choose new beliefs. Manifesting money can feel really hard when we are holding beliefs that are not in support of us having abundance. Experiences we’ve had, things we’ve been taught, beliefs that run the show in our families — can all be in opposition of us creating abundance. Examples: You are bad with money. Money is the root of all evil. You are not worthy. These ideas are not the ultimate truth for you. You can shift them. Try on these beliefs instead: Money comes naturally and easily to me. My work is of high service and worthy of massive compensation. Spending money is safe. Don’t those feel better? It’s time to align our feelings, thoughts, and beliefs with abundance. 2. Money is responding to you. Money doesn’t have an opinion about you. Money is not approving or disapproving of you. Money is simply responding to you and your energetic state regarding money. So, if money is responding to our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs then you, my friend, have more power than you thought you did. Think of it this way: Everything that occurs is just feedback. Everything that occurs lets you know the thoughts, feelings and energy you’ve been playing in in regards to money. When you find yourself in a less than idea situation regarding money — take it as feedback. Ask yourself: Where in me was I not comfortable receiving money? Where in me was I afraid of letting things be this good? As a business owner, what in me was I not confident about my services? 3. You can’t f* it up. Many years ago I acted as though trumpets were supposed to sound, or God was supposed to get out a microphone, and tell me what I was supposed to do. This made making decisions feel… scary. Every decision felt like a big, complicated thing that I could majorly f* up. My friend once said to me: God’s Will is not so fragile that you can drop it and break it. Meaning, it’s safe to try things out. It’s safe to make mistakes. It’s safe to live. The pressure is largely self imposed. The pressure is simply our doubt and our fear holding us back and making us feel stuck and paralyzed by decisions. When we believe that one wrong decision could cause some sort of massive chaos upon us, it makes it impossible to follow our hearts and to do the d*mn thing, right? Remember: You. Cannot. F*. It. Up. 4. The energy of more than enough. How would you feel if you fully and completely had more than enough? Feel into the feelings of: There is so much, I can buy all the things. There is so much, I have everything I need all the time. There is so much, I have to give some away. Feel it: MORE THAN ENOUGH. When it comes to calling more money, I know this: We can manifest anything we can get behind, anything we believe is possible — or better yet, inevitable — for us. Play with the numbers. What amount can you truly and fully get behind? Don’t worry about the specifics or the “how” — just know that it’s yours. Like a cup that overflows: You believe, and you know, and you hold the feeling, and every moment of faith, belief, and expectation adds...

Our desires were placed in our hearts by God. It is safe to trust your desires. Now, that doesn’t necessarily mean any random, fleeting desire… we can have a random want that doesn’t feel like it’s coming from the depths of our soul. But I really believe in my heartfelt desires. The things I really want. (That doesn’t mean your superficial desires aren’t valid and worthy. There’s nothing wrong with getting all your desires. But you know what it’s like when you want something so bad you can’t even f*cking stand it.) I’ve gotten good at letting myself want it. Not pushing it down and saying it’s unrealistic, or impossible, or not worthy of my time. I let myself want what I want. And I let myself want it so bad, it sometimes hurts. And then I believe with everything in me that if I want it, it is literally what I am meant to do on this planet, and heaven and earth will move so I can have it. 2. Everything is energy. When I don’t like what is occurring with money, my practice is to say: Isn’t that interesting? Isn’t it interesting I had this random refund request? Isn’t it interesting that I paid off this chunk of debt, and now I have the same amount of debt again? When situations like this happen, it’s just an indication of your energetic frequency. With money, you get what you’re available for. You have energetic standards — typically an energetic minimum and maximum — in every area of your life. There’s typically an amount that you can’t imagine making more than, and an amount that you can’t imagine making less than. And sometimes this number can be a negative number. We all have standards that we would never allow ourselves to go past, but often we will go to the minimum. Know this: You can ALWAYS raise your energetic minimum and maximum. As you develop your belief in yourself and in money, money can flow through to you. 3. You decide how money works for you. What do you expect to have? For me, it’s outside the realm of possibility that I don’t make money when I sleep. I expect to wake up to thousands of dollars every day. It is so expected, that it is outside the realm of possibility that it could not be true. But that’s just because that’s what I decided is true for me. Often, we expect that there has to be suffering and sacrifice to increase. I must struggle before I’m worthy. The thing is: None of these beliefs are ultimately true. It’s all just sh*t we’re creating and dynamics we’ve played into over time… but it can be changed. The first step is always acknowledging the patterns and limiting beliefs that don’t feel good. Ask yourself: Is this ultimately true? The answer is always no. Nothing is ever ultimately true. So what are you going to choose to believe instead? We have the opportunity to change our minds every day. And through changing our minds, we can change the feelings we feel, and the vibrations that live in our being.
