Today's episode, it's pretty easy. It's all about who do you follow? Who do you listen to? Who do you allow to pour into you? And really, I guess there's different ways to take it. They're pouring into you, but I'm looking at it specifically of who do you follow?


Take Time To Breathe

Today's episode is all about taking time to breathe. I want you to take a moment, pause with whatever you are doing, if you can safely of course, pause. Exhale what you have in your lungs. Take a four, count breath in, here you go breathe in. And hold it, helps if I count. Exhale for four, one, two, three, four, hold for four, two, three, four, now breathe in again for four and through your nose.

I'm curious, what is one of your hobbies? What is something you enjoy doing? Chasing that passion. What is it?

Today I have a question for you, something that has been resonating with me a lot recently and I thought I'd hop in and share it here. And that is, are you doing a disservice? Are you doing a disservice to yourself and to the people around you? That's what today's all about, doing a disservice.

Fake It Until You Make it

Today's episode is about a hotly debated phrase. Well, maybe it's hotly debated in your circles or not, but it is in mine. And actually, it's kind of interesting. A lot of the people in my circle currently do not like this phrase at all. And you know what? I do like it within reason. There's context to me liking it. And I imagine there's context for them not liking it. And we'll talk about that. So, what's this phrase? What is this thing I'm talking about? It is the phrase, FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT.


Accepting You For You

Today we're talking about being you. Because as I said at the beginning, you are freaking awesome. You are amazing. You are worthy. You are enough. You have this gorgeous light inside of you. Let it shine. Let it shine, let it shine.
