Glass Half Empty or Half Full?

8/26/2019
A negative situation often makes you think in a negative way, right? This is the case for many people and I can definitely relate. I used to think about POSITIVE situations in a negative way because I was always looking for the plot twist. When were things going to mess up? This way of thinking was destroying me emotionally, which is why I made it a goal to always look at the positive side of even the most horrible scenarios. It wasn’t easy. It isn’t easy, but it’s helped me live a much healthier and productive life. -- Social Media -- Twitter Facebook Instagram -- Reach me by e-mail -- juan@happytofail.com
