The CDC recommends adults with chronic health conditions and disabilities get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity a week and at least two days a week of muscle-strengthening activities. But what does that mean exactly? And what does that look like? And what if you can’t meet those guidelines? In this episode, our experts we’ll answer those and many more questions about physical activity and arthritis and the importance of starting where you are. *Visit the Live Yes!
