The show is focused mainly on Dan's Ego Strip illustration series (more info here:http://danlish.com/egostrip/) and the tunes featured throughout are by some of the artists that inspired and feature in the Ego Strip series.

Tyni joins Blackbeltjonez on this weeks show with a selection os some of the tunes he's been digging over the past few months. Highlights include Dead Players and Philly B exclusives, treats from the Chopped Herring label and the obligatory Junclassic belter.

Blackbeltjonez is joined in the studio this week by guest-host Debut 75 formally of UK crews Metaphorce and Hypercondriacs. Over the course of the show, we delve into Debut 75's bag of vinyl and pull out some old treats and a few new gems.

Blackbeltjonez is joined in the studio by Aroe & Srest with muchos discussionos (look it up) on the topic of show-stealing verses/rhymes & basically any MCs who made themselves a tough act to follow.

This week's featured album is the classic 'Step In The Arena' by Gang Starr. Quite frankly I could have played the whole album because it's packed full of great tunes but I restricted myself to only 8! Alongside the Remix vs Original which this week is from Leaders Of The School and Sample/Example which features a great tune from The New Birth which was sampled on albums by Shante & Scarface, there are new bits from the B-Line label, Verb T, U George & Semi Hendrix (Ras Kass & Jack Splash)...

A jam-packed show this week with Remix Vs Original featuring not 2 but 3 versions of Tribe Called Quest's classic floor-filler 'Scenario', Sample/Example features Smut Peddlars & Lyn Christopher plus the usual mix of old classic and brand new tunes including Ghettosocks, KRS One and Adam & Cuth.
