Glavni junak romana je dečak Mika. Mika živi negde drugde, u jednoj maloj zemlji zvanoj - Švajcarska. Na početku, Mika je pri kraju. Pri kraju čega? Pri kraju svog solidno skrojenog detinjstva. Zatim se, sve gori od strašnijeg, ređaju dramatični trenuci. Zašto? Zato što Mika izrasta iz detinjstva, a ono se cepa i puca po krhkim pubertetskim šavovima. Objektivno, haos, jer čovek u tom trenutku lako može ostati, figurativno govoreći, ogoljen - da kažemo neodeven, zbog čega se, osim što mu može biti hladno, lako može izbrukati pred onima koji su, da kažemo, obučeni. Fascinantnim i humorističnim opisima, autorka šalje Miku u potragu za sopstvenom „supermoći”. Usput, Mika otkriva ne samo svoju supermoć, već i supermoći svih svojih rođaka i prijatelja.
