This week as Hollywood is doing it's thing again and wildly delaying one of the most anticipated film of the year to next January. Yes I'm writing about Mickey 17. The new sci fi film we all have to wait a bit longer for now. But we are sticking with relating the episode to Mickey 17. Of course the one picture we have about the film is of Robert Pattinson upside down. So we are talking Robert Pattinson films. Of course I can't alone I'm joined by the third appearance from Haven't Scene It. Warning we will be talking SPOILERS. Tommy's pick from haven't scene it, is the obvious choice for both of us I think. Of course Tommy is going with the bat shit insane, scary, haunting and hilarious The Lighthouse. On this one we talked about how the film can be seen on the surface as a straight up, two guys just going insane film, but also a film thats got a lot of layers to it. Andrews pick from The Revisionist's Almanac ultimately went with arguable Denis Villeneuve's best science fiction film and arguably the best science fiction film of last decade, Arrival. On this one we talk about how this film is Denis Villeneuve's least inspiring film visually but we explain why thats the point. We talk about how intricate and frankly incredible the screen play is with it's big questions it asks at the end.
