Long-distance friendship is hard. We'd know. We’re Lucy Cotto and Annika Carlson and we’re best friends... who live 2,600 miles apart. To make it through, we regularly check in with one another and there’s a lot to talk about— current events, personal anecdotes, shared grievances, individual opinions, questions, comments, and general concerns— so we often keep it simple and begin our chats with “How’ve you been?”.
