The restaurant is owned by Fayth Jefferson and was founded by her late brother, a well-known community leader, social entrepreneur, and activist Omar Jahwar. The FIVEE is the last extension of Jawar’s legacy that he developed before his passing. At 7 p.m., the grand opening celebration will continue with a Halloween costume party featuring a live performance by actress, songwriter, and national recording artist, Tweet. Tweet will also host a “Sip & Meet'' featuring her newly debuted wine, "A Star Moscato" by Southern Hummingbird Wine.
