After 20 years of military service, I know extremely too well the stress of PCSing (relocating due to military orders) and I know intimately the anxiety that accompanies the move until you have made it to your next location and truly getting settled in that new area can be anywhere from 3-6 months after the movers have dropped off the last of household goods. I get into the details of what is the mission of Moving To Norfolk and why I think its a mission that I believe has an laser focus on not only helping communicate with the military service member moving to norfolk virginia but how I look to make it where they can make informed decisions about moving to Norfolk Virginia and help them minimize their anxiety as much as possible about finding the right community for themselves, the right home to purchase, the right school district for their elementary to high school children, and much much more.
