On January 11th, we welcomed Anabelle Iratni back to our podcast, this time together with Charles Edward Alexander Hedger (of Mayhem fame) to talk about their amazingly haunting VEILE project and its latest release, the GHOST SONATA EP.

All the way back on November 18th, 2021 (we know, we know, apologies for the apocalypse backlog!) we sat down for a second talk with the guys from IN MOURNING, who then had just released their latest album THE BLEEDING VEIL. We at Metal On Loud are huge fans of this vastly under-exposed band and decided it was time for an in-depth look at the amazing new material.

In this forty-minute interview, we talked about his latest release "War Within Me," but also got to know Blaze the man a whole lot better.

Hey everyone, this is Randy from Metal On Loud Magazine with a slightly different episode of the Take One podcast for you, our first Lost and Found episode. Back in 2018, on valentines day, we had an amazing talk with Blacky Lawless of WASP. Sadly after a fatal computer crash later that year, this interview got lost, along with several others. But now, over 3 years later, the metal gods smiled upon us. We discovered a true digital treasure trove: A long-forgotten backup, containing several lost recordings. This included the WASP interview with Blackie, about the Crimson Idol remaster. Bear in mind, this was a phone interview meant to be transcribed to print, and the audio isn’t perfect. Still, the conversation is too good not to share, even after all these years. Enjoy this hidden gem, and metal on loud!
