Because there's still no state budget, the Philadelphia school district is borrowing money to pay its bills. But officials worry it's the students who pay the price. We get details from KYW education reporter Mike DeNardo… Starting today, first responders in Delaware County have a new tool to help support their mental wellbeing as they help support their communities. KYW'S Justin Udo has the story. The Eagles Autism Foundation is warning about a potential ticket scam. The non-profit says an unknown individual has been posing as one of their employees in an attempt to defraud individuals in connection with Eagles game tickets. The foundation says any tickets or other items purchased through EAF are administered only through their official "Haku" auction platform, and payment is only accepted by check or through their website. The Eagles Autism Foundation adds it does not use third party methods like PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Google Pay. A First Degree trial of a 47-year-old Perkiomen Township man is underway in Montgomery County. In opening statements, prosecutors say it was a brutal, premeditated murder with a hammer. But defense attorneys say their client was to impaired by drugs to for it to be pre-meditated. KYW Newsradio Suburban Bureau Chief Jim Melwert reports. ### Sunoco and parent company Energy Transfer have met the milestones laid out for them in the process of remedying a pipeline leak in Bucks County that was discovered in late January. That’s what the PA Department of Environmental Protection said in a public meeting tonight (TUE).
