WHO has a plan for you

2/9/2024
Vanuatu is a small country in which its government stopped listening to its citizens but rather followed the dictates of the WHO. Citizens were frightened over the scourge of covid. The population was threatened with losing all societal privileges if they refused to get the vaccination. Yet, they did not have serious issues with covid which appeared like a flu, but there were serious side effects including death from the vaccines. Informed consent was violated as all requests concerning the contents of the vaccine were not answered. All information questioning the narrative was censored, People were threatened with the possibility of arrest if they spoke out against the narrative. Social media as well censored them. Their news media were paid to not publish anything regarding the danger of the vaxx. As they are a small country, they could easily see what was going on in their country They observed that WHO coopted their government and worked directly against the interests and the health of the citizens. Could this happen to the rest of the world?

Effects of absorption patterns on health and the wildatarian diet

12/8/2023
Most believe that curcumin, broccoli, onions and garlic are healthy. While that is true for some, it is not true for everyone. Teri has developed a system, based on many years of resolving complicated medical problems, based on three categories of poor absorption/ assimilation. She finds that the malabsorption of protein, fat and sulfur has become one of the biggest contributors to America’s collective current state of imbalance. With the help of genetics and patient symptoms, she tailers specific diets for people who fall into each (or a combination) of these categories. These patterns of malabsorption impact genetic expression, alter detoxification pathways and increase pathogenicity in our bodies. Learn about these patterns, how to identify them and about diets that will help each category.

Major developments, initiatives, and ideas for eternal life are discussed Such breakthroughs may slow down if not conquer the aging process.

Deep Dive into Immune Health

10/6/2023
The immune system naturally defends and repairs but when there is an immune burden then defense takes a back seat - “repair deficit” or inflammation, acute or chronic sets in. This is a well-recognized cause/amplifier of chronic, degenerative, and autoimmune conditions. When defense takes precedence over repair in the immune system, increased intestinal permeability intensifies the defense work in the immune system. Partially broken-down food remnants get through impaired intestinal walls and set the stage for host hospitality to chronic infection and/or autoimmune, chronic degenerative illness. Delayed or late-phase food and other chemical sensitivities can also contribute to chronic low-grade systemic inflammation. With the world coming out of a COVID stricken few years, we need to devote additional emphasis on the state of the immune system. There is so much information that has been disseminated about this that it is time to make sense of it all. Knowing which cells to look at and which high sensitive tests to look at, is vital and can make a difference. Adequate personalized intake of protective antioxidants and nutrients, guided lifestyle modifications and actions that target improved acid alkaline balance ( Nature's pHarmacy) further allows the innate immune system to flourish, fight the inflammatory state and restore repair, providing relief from “repair deficit”. - our main focus in helping folks thrive in the 21st Century !

Iridology, Tongue Analysis, and other Health Assessment Tools

8/4/2023
There are many different aspects and modalities involved in healing. These each have their own form of assessment. For example, acupuncture has been used with success for centuries. James Reston shed light on acupuncture when he went to China and had surgery without aesthesia. In acupuncture , there is what is called the homunculus. This is a representation of the body found in a particular part of the body. For example, there are homunculi in the ear as used in auricular acupuncture, in the hands as used in Korean acupuncture, the scalp as used in Japanese acupuncture. We all have heard of reflexology where different areas are referred to different parts of the body. The eyes appear to have similar connections. Iridology is the study of the iris which is the colored part of the eye. The iris tells the genetics and the health history of the body. Sclerology is the study of the sclera, the white part of the eye. The sclera changes quickly and indicates what is going on in the body presently. Have these methods had success? Are there research studies? How does this work? Why does it work? This podcast highlights information on the iris and the tongue that the listener can use to assess his current state of health.

Is Food Our Friend or Our Foe?

1/27/2023
We have to eat, or we die. Yet foods probably kill most of us, at least in developed countries. Cows make milk for their calves. Pigs have piglets to maintain their species, not to feed us. Wheat grows seeds to maintain its species too. So do cabbages. These foods are not designed for us. We just have to find foods that keep us alive, even if the long-term consequences are less than ideal. Why do so many people die of coronary heart disease? The evidence is strong that the toxic sugar, galactose, in milk contributes to narrowed arteries, and the membrane of the fatty globules in cream contributes to blood clots. The solution is to eat hard cheese. Why do so many die of cancer. There is good evidence that fructose, a sugar in fruit, sugar cane, sugar beet, and high fructose corn syrup, enables cancer cells to form new cancer cells, to enlarge tumours, and to spread to other sites in the body. Sugars seem to play a part in multiple sclerosis as well. If you buy a car, there is a manual that tells you what fuel to use in that model. Unfortunately, babies are born without manuals, and parents don’t know what model of baby they have. Some people with food and chemical sensitivity take decades to find out what model they are. Foods are vital, but can cause us major problems, and even kill us. Poor food preparation, like inadequate cooking of meat or dried beans, or fast modern bread baking, cause trouble. So of course do additives in foods, especially when they are combined in one meal. Then there are pesticides in foods, often many pesticides in one food. Food may be mouldy. Food handlers may transmit infections via the foods they touch. Contaminated water may be used to wash foods. Food packaging may contaminate foods with aluminum or chemicals that leach from plastic. We survive as long as we do, because we have complex immune systems, and multiple ways of making chemicals safe. We have to find a way of working with our bodies, so as to have a happy and productive life. Learn about wise food choices

Haskap berries: a traditional superberry

11/4/2022
Haskap berries, known as honey berries in the USA, are berries that were used in traditional medicine by the Ainu people, that are high in nutrition. They were known as the “elixir of life”; botany-edible blue honeysuckle, or double berry. They contain three times the antioxidants and four times the anthocyanins of blueberries. They are high in Vitamin C and have great taste. Anthocyanins are associated with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective, neuroprotective and antidiabetic properties Results showed improvements in cognition -word recall and recognition i.e. episodic memory effects- and diastolic blood pressure, with higher doses appearing more effective.) Other studies in athletes showed improved exercise endurance, and improvement in running times. Proposed mechanisms include decreasing exercise-induced inflammation and oxidative stress or improving vascular function and oxygen utilization or a combination of the three. Did the Gov Cause Climate Change: a Delve into Geoengineering

10/14/2022
As a person valuing our planet, I have not turned my heat on since the 73 oil embargo except for guests (even in the snow and ice) and refused to use my air conditioning in the tropics although the US Embassy paid my utility bills. However, this question needs to be asked and is answered by today’s guest. Some have said that the government can cause a problem and then come up with the solution. According to the documentary Something Ain’t Right, narrated by Kevin Sorbo, had the governments not censored doctors who were successfully treating covid at the early stages, 80 % of covid deaths could have been avoided. Had these doctors not been censored, it is likely that there would have been no lockdowns or mandates as the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA still in effect in the US?) could not have been evoked. An EUA can only be evoked if there are no available alternative treatments. So is the premise of this broadcast conspiracy or reality?
