PTSD

This book consists of two titles, which are the following: Book 1: What happens in the brain of someone who has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder? Why can’t we either erase memories or cope with them when they have been shockingly awful? Questions like these will be answered in this quick guide, as well as other interesting facts, anecdotes, and topics. We will discuss the comprehensive concept of dissociative amnesia, the four different subtypes of PTSD, the difference between PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder, specific problems related to homeless veterans, and several other fascinating subjects. Book 2: When it comes to healing from trauma, several important factors play a role. These factors help victims of traumatic happenings heal faster. This is exactly what you will find in this book: You will find 7 reasons why you may still have PTSD symptoms, suggesting another perspective on your situation and the opportunity to improve it. Also, this guide will go over what the grieving process consists of, and how people manage their dissociation from things they would rather not remember. Last but not least, you will get more insights in what dissociative disorders are, and how to recognize them more quickly. Author - Jennifer Wartz. Narrator - Brandon Sukhu.
