Becoming Your Best You

I don't think grief is talked about enough. I felt the need to record an episode about how weird grief can be. It has taken me a week or so to finally say, "post it." Grief is one of those weird things that even I felt weird posting a podcast about it. I hope this episode helps you to not feel so alone when it comes to grief and it gives you some hope during the harder days.
