Love Rest

In the midst of intense anxiety, your mind will produce many thoughts that will feel real. However, it is in those moments that you remember that thoughts are not the reality but just thoughts. Also, the importance of speaking the right things to yourself and believe them helps immensely in dealing with anxiety.

The Law required works and it consisted of instructions upon instructions that no one could keep. However, God has extended grace through His Son Jesus and what Good News this is.
