Interview with Archeologist Dr. George Ziemens

The WyoBraska Expeditions team was granted a sit-down interview with Wyoming State Archeologist Dr. George Ziemens on Sept 16, 2022, regarding the discovery of the Powars II archaeological site in Sunrise, Wyoming. In this interview, Dr. Ziemens explains how Wayne Powers discovered the location, how it was saved by the Department of Reclamation, and how it became a stakeholder in the continuing exploration of pre-Clovis man in North America. This is the first of many WyoBraska Expeditions field podcasts.
