Southern Oregon University has been hosting Powwow for 30 years, both on campus and off, including a virtual Powwow online due to Covid restrictions, no, they are back on campus in the new gym and rocking and rolling in the oldest way! This is the annual from April 8 and 9th 2023. Southern Oregon University’s Powwow is a competition event, family friendly and one of the best Powwows around. Southern Oregon University mascot is the red tail hawk, and is located on the traditional homelands of the Shasta ,Takelma, and Latgawa. Go Raiders!
