Mike Stuart previously worked as an Associate Professor in Philosophy of Science at NYCU in Taiwan. Currently he is Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the University of York. Russell K. Pitzer Professor of Philosophy Amy Kind is the Director of the Gould Center for Humanistic Studies at the Claremont McKenna College. Amy primarily works in the field of philosophy of mind. Much of her work revolves around the topic of imagination, exploring its nature and various applications. Mario Veen completed the interdisciplinary research master Cultural Analysis at the University of Amsterdam and did his PhD in Discursive Psychology and Technology Assessment at Wageningen University. He has been doing educational research since, and recently started working as associate professor at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Furkan Yazıcı currently doing a Ph.D. at the department of philosophy at the University of Waikato New Zealand. In his PhD research, Furkan tries to come up with a new notion of critical thinking through aesthetics. Freya Blekman is an experimental particle physicist and lead scientist at DESY, Germany’s largest accelerator centre. With a professorship elementary particle physics at the University of Hamburg, she works on the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) detector at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, where she is also the lead physics communications officer. Aidan Lyon is a philosopher at the University of Amsterdam. He completed his PhD in 2010 at the Australian National University on the philosophical foundations of probability.
