This week we discuss the Oklahoma State hire of David Taylor, and our thoughts around the hire and future of the program. We also talk through some of the transfer portal news, as well as the Gable Steveson next steps. We wrap up with discussion of the Tom Brady roast, and parent corner.

This week Tommy and I recap a dynamic Olympic Trials and walk through each weight and some of the fun storylines to come out of them. I also touch on the exciting news that Ben Bennett will be taking over the Chippewas of Central Michigan.

This week Tommy and I talk through the recently announced retirement of John Smith, as well as some of the CMU coaching updates. We also walk through the Men's and Women's freestyle predictions and bracket breakdowns! Olympic Trials Baby!!! Rock On!

2024 NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Championships Preview!!! This week we walk through the weights, our upset predictions, finals predictions, and all the fun that goes with it. Get ready for KC with us! Rock On!

This week we have a special guest host in Earl Smith, 2x NWMA Journalist of the year and Site Editor for Intermat. We discussed At Large Bids and our general thoughts on those. We also cover some conference reactions across the board, and we talk through Earl's experiences from the B1G Tournament. We also talk through some of his Intermat experiences and a quick parent corner. Rock on!

This week is a solo pod from Claunch. I refer most to the Intermat Conference Crossover podcast we did this week to preview the B1G, EIWA, and ACC. Then I cover the rest, MAC, Big 12, and Pac 12. I try to throw out a couple things to pay attention to regarding possible upsets and projections, and I do elaborate on some of the B1G projections, and the excitement that can be 149. This week Tommy and I talk through some suggested rule changes at the High School level. We then catch up with Head Coach Mark Branch from Wyoming to catch up on their season and some of their developing young guys in the lineup. This week we talk through some of the big names we won't see in College Wrestling this season. We also get into some of the wild weights this season, and some theories of intentional losses to avoid being ranked #1 at 125. We also discuss the ups and downs at 157 and the craziness at 133. This week we also speak with Chris Ayres of Stanford University. We talk through his transition from Princeton to Stanford, the coaching carousel of the summer, and how things came to be. He also discusses his philosophy and how he went from not placing from High School to being the wins leader at Lehigh at one point, and the eventual coaching philosophies that developed. Then he talks with us about the program and what he's learned about the team and area since taking over. There's also some partial breaking news near the end. Rock on!

This week we talk with Ashley Flavin, Head Coach of Life University Women's Wrestling about their recent dual championship. We also cover the family that is Life University Women's wrestling. We also talk about some of her successes and how it will impact the sport moving forward. Also, their upcoming trip to Iowa to compete with the Hawkeyes. Tons of fun! Rock On!

Mr. Fisher, 4x All American, 4x Midlands Champion, and 3x B1G Champion talks about his time competing in college and internationally, as well as his time coaching in college and most recently at Ann Arbor Pioneer High School.
