The list does not include BYU's Zach Wilson or Utah's Tyler Huntley but it does include Utah State's Jordan Love. That list is not wrong because Love was on an amazing offense and was the best signal-caller last year. Also, not having Wilson or Huntley is also the same correct move.

The thing he said was that it is easy to pass the street drug test which is pre-scheduled and once a year, so you'd have to be a dummy to fail that test.
