This is an episode with former Ohio Bobcat tight end Rudy Sylvan. We get to talk about his time as a UDFA in the NFL with the Detroit Lions and his memories with the Ohio Bobcats.

As a redshirt freshman--Jeffrey Fitzgerald absolutely dominated for the Virginia Cavaliers--73 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, 7 sacks, 2 INT, 2 forced fumbles, and 2 touchdowns. He was a freshman All-American and finished his Virginia career as one of the most talented defensive lineman in Virginia football history. He was incredibly naturally gifted and just an amazing athlete. He went on to play at Kansas State and had a very, very good pro career. He came onto the podcast to talk about his career, what it was like to play under Bill Snyder, and more.

He was an absolute legend for Oscar Smith coming out of high school (Chesapeake, Va.)--setting all kinds of records for the Tigers. He talks about his spectacular plays he made for the 'Hoos in Charlottesville--including his epic catch across the middle on the road--against FSU.

Josh Febus was a third string quarterback for the Ohio Bobcats. He suited up for Dublin Coffman in Columbus, Ohio coming out of high school. As a senior, he threw for over 1,300 yards and rushed for over 800 yards. He's got a tremendous mind for the game of football and he stopped by the podcast to discuss his front row seat to Ohio football during his time there. Hasise Dubois was one of the best contested catch receivers in college football in 2019. He absolutely dominated for the Virginia Cavaliers--hauling in 75 catches for 1,062 yards and 6 TDs in his senior season. His 1,062 receiving yards were the second most all-time in a single season by a Virginia Cavalier wide receiver. He helped guide Virginia to its first ever ACC coastal title and an epic victory over the Virginia Tech Hokies--Virginia's first win in the rivalry in 15 years. He stopped by the podcast to talk about some of his catches from this season--including the epic stiff arm in the Virginia Tech game.

DeWayne Brown is the founder & CEO of 2/10ths Speed and Agility Training in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He's one of the more charismatic people you will ever come across and not only that--he trains such elite athletes such as--Aaron Donald, Miles Sanders, Paris Ford, and many many others. He's had the privilege of training over 20 high school All-Americans during his time as a trainer. He came on the podcast to talk about some of the athletes he trains and other topics! A self-made man--DeWayne has a unique perspective on a variety of topics in life!

Perry Jones racked up over 3,700 career all-purpose yards during his days with Virginia. He finished Third Team All-ACC in 2011--and guided the 'Hoos to a Chick-Fil-A Bowl berth. He's one of the better all-purpose backs ever to suit up at Virginia. He stopped by the podcast to talk about his epic catch on the road against FSU, and a couple of other topics.

Marcus Riley earned WAC Defensive Player of the Year honors for the Fresno State Bulldogs in 2007. He also earned a spot on the Fresno State All-Decade Team (2000-2010). After a stellar senior season he established himself as one of the best players in Fresno State football history.

Former Gallia Academy quarterback Donnie Johnson is one of the greatest athletes ever to grace the the gridiron and the hardwood in Southeast Ohio. He was named the 2003 Gridiron Glory Player of the Year after his senior year for the Gallia Academy Blue Devils. He passed for over 1,000 yards and rushed for over 1,200 yards his senior year--while racking up 26 total touchdowns. He went on to star for the Tiffin Dragons in college.

Kris Burd was one of the most dominant and complete receivers in Virginia football history. A dominant blocker as well, Kris hauled in 162 catches for 2,190 yards and 9 total touchdowns during his Virginia football career. He's one of the all-time greats to ever play the position at Virginia. He came onto the show to discuss his Virginia career, the future of the NFL, and a number of other topics.

Former Virginia RB Wali Lundy was one of the best running backs in Virginia Cavalier and ACC history. During his time at Virginia--he scored 52 total touchdowns--an ACC record that stood for several years. His 1,670 all-purpose yards as a true freshman are the most by any freshman running back in Virginia Cavalier football history. Simply put, he's one of the all-time greats ever to suit up in Orange and Blue.
